Refund Policy

How we handle refunds for subscriptions and credits.

1. Subscriptions

Subscription charges (monthly or yearly) are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. Where required by law, partial or full refunds may be granted.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current period.

3. Trials & Promotions

If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends. Promotional credits (e.g., for sharing) are not monetary and are not eligible for refunds.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support within 14 days of the charge. We’ll investigate promptly.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by third-party processors. Processing times for approved refunds vary and are outside our control.
